Humans consume more energy in the moment they are stressed. In this case Jedaid plans to manipulate humans to become more stressed when they have no time. So he wants to steal time, so that people have to rush all the time.
A clock store has big sales promotions 50-70% off. So every one bought a clock but during the night the clock act strange, and in the next morning all people starts to rush to work, school, etc.
But Luna and Ami discovered that the clock is not an ordinary clock, it was just a way to take all human’s energy. Now Jedaid discovered, Sailor Moon and Sailor Mercury saved again the Earth.

In this episode, Jedait tries to steal human energy, using virus infected disks, once inserted into computer and opened, hypnotizes the person using that computer, becoming addicted to it. The targets are the bright students from the best schools. In this situation, Sailor Moon will discover Ami Mizuno, a genius student, same age as Usagi, who will become Sailor Mercury, and these two girls will fight together to protect the Earth.

Jedait is using this to take human energy for all the persons that participate to that caravan.
